This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard personal information you choose to provide via the landing page located at wiseoak.tech (the “Site”), and what choices you have. By visiting or submitting information through the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

- Opt out of emails — Every Wise Oak marketing email includes an “unsubscribe” link.
- Access / deletion / correction — U.S. residents in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia, and (beginning July 1 2025) Texas may have additional rights to request access to, delete, or correct personal information. You (regardless of state) can submit any privacy request by emailing privacy@wiseoak.tech.
- Do Not Sell or Share — Wise Oak does not sell or share personal information within the meaning of the CCPA/CPRA.
6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use only strictly necessary and analytics cookies (e.g., first-party Google Analytics with IP anonymization). You can disable cookies in your browser; the Site should remain functional, though analytics accuracy may be reduced.
7. Data Security
We employ administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. No internet transmission or storage system is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Data Retention
We keep contact information for as long as you remain a potential customer or until you request deletion, whichever occurs first. Backup copies may persist for a limited period as part of routine archiving.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
